Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to boost student enrollment and retention.
- Manage brand integrity across all district platforms, ensuring a cohesive and professional visual identity.
- Coordinate advertising and outreach through print, digital, and social media channels.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness using data analytics and community feedback.
- Utilize K-12 mass notification systems (e.g., ParentSquare, Finalsite) for urgent and routine communications.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative design skills and strategic communication expertise. While we are looking for a versatile professional, the following qualifications are key:
- Preferred Education & Experience: A degree or professional experience in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or graphic design.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in developing marketing campaigns, managing branding efforts, and utilizing design tools.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
Furthermore, we value candidates who demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with K-12 specific platformsโsuch as school CMS toolsโis strongly preferred.
