Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across key platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage and report on core performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
Ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across all digital customer touchpoints.
Analyze campaign data and user behavior via tools like GA4 to derive insights and implement improvements.
Collaborate with teams on landing page development, content strategy, and sales funnel optimization.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and evolving platform best practices to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be a proactive marketer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance and digital marketing. You must possess a strong grasp of paid advertising, conversion funnels, and digital analytics, coupled with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–5 years of direct experience in performance marketing and digital campaign management.
Proven expertise in managing paid ads, understanding marketing funnels, and using digital analytics.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
An analytical mindset with strong skills in communication and cross-team coordination.
Good to Have:
Exposure to branding campaigns, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
