Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Outdoor Marketing & Campus Outreach Executive to be the face of our brand at colleges, festivals, exhibitions, and public events. In this high-energy, field-based role, you will design and execute on-ground outreach strategies to promote our platform and internship opportunities. Your core mission is to build strong relationships with colleges and recruit Campus Interns/Ambassadors who will drive student content creation. This position is perfect for a confident, camera-ready professional who loves travel, networking, and creating impactful brand connections in diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute strategic on-ground marketing and outreach activities across colleges, events, exhibitions, and festivals.
• Visit colleges regularly to promote internship programs, explain roles, and engage with students and faculty coordinators.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard Campus Interns/Ambassadors to act as liaisons between their college community and our platform.
• Build and nurture relationships with college authorities, placement cells, clubs, and student leaders.
• Appear confidently on camera during events for interviews, reels, and promotional content.
• Monitor and support onboarded interns to ensure they actively engage students for content creation.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, colleges engaged, and recruitment metrics.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a highly presentable, outgoing, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for on-ground engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is comfortable with travel, public speaking, and being on camera, and thrives in an independent, field-based role.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable with public speaking and appearing on camera for promotional content.
• Ability to independently strategize, plan, and execute on-ground marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Willingness to travel extensively for local field visits, events, and college meetings.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of social media, content creation, or digital marketing is beneficial.
• Prior experience in field marketing, campus outreach, sales, or brand promotion is an advantage but not mandatory.
