Stemline Floral Design Private Limited (SPREE) is a creative and fast-growing floral design and gifting company based in Lower Parel. We specialize in bespoke floral arrangements and premium gifting experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and help elevate our brand’s digital presence. This is a hands-on role where you will manage our social media, create engaging content, run ad campaigns, and support our overall digital growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing and creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Planning and executing a consistent social media content calendar.
• Creating posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives using tools like Canva, CapCut, or AI.
• Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Updating website content and assisting in basic SEO activities (keyword research, meta tags).
• Planning and executing basic email marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring performance analytics and preparing regular reports.
• Researching market trends, competitor activities, and viral content opportunities.
• Coordinating with design, sales, and customer service teams for marketing alignment.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital storytelling and social media. You should be eager to learn, adaptable to trends, and comfortable using digital marketing tools. Freshers with relevant internships or up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
We require the following qualifications and skills:
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with internships are encouraged to apply).
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
• Basic understanding of SEO and paid advertising.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and stay updated with the latest digital trends
