BNZ Industrial Pro. Pvt. Ltd., specializing in energy-efficient signage solutions since 1995, is expanding its new brand, LEDify Innovations. We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to be the face of our brand on the ground. This is a 100% field-based role where you will be directly responsible for generating business by meeting clients, visiting dealers, and driving sales through active, in-person engagement. Please note: this is not a desk job and requires daily travel across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily field visits to clients, dealers, and channel partners to generate new business leads and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent in-person meetings and follow-ups.
• Identify and onboard new dealers while exploring new market opportunities.
• Deliver on-site product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and provide reliable after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate visit logs and submit daily/weekly field activity reports.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with experience in field-based roles, preferably within the LED, signage, or electrical industries. You must be comfortable with extensive daily travel, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven ability to work independently to meet targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–4 years of field sales experience; background in LED, signage, or electrical products is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, self-manage, and consistently meet sales targets.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp for communication and reporting.
• Owning a vehicle is preferred; a travel allowance can be provided.
