Job Overview

  • Compensation: $34.00 โ€“ $42.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Standard hours are 8:30 am โ€“ 5:30 pm
  • Core Focus: Executive support, office operations, client coordination, and business development enablement

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner Support: Act as a trusted advisor and partner to 2-3 senior Partners, masterfully managing complex calendars, cross-timezone tracking, travel logistics, and expense tracking.
  • Office Operations: Take full ownership of the Houston office workspace, executing end-to-end vendor management, procurement, facility maintenance, and budget monitoring.
  • Business Development Support: Coordinate client outreach, manage local pipeline activities within the CRM platform, and perform targeted industry research on private equity and market players.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute high-impact client engagements, corporate forums, and interactive roundtables including invitation strategies and on-site logistics.
  • Culture & Onboarding: Design and lead comprehensive onboarding programs for interns and full-time new hires, fostering team cohesion and a vibrant office environment.

Required Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a foundational level of academic achievement alongside an extensive history of dedicated support experience. A Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent documented work experience is strictly required to ensure success in this challenging environment. Furthermore, applicants are required to showcase 10+ years of administrative or executive assistance experience, ideally supporting high-level stakeholders within a demanding, fast-paced corporate environment.

Advanced technical literacy is highly critical for day-to-day operations. You must possess proven, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, alongside standard modern communication software like Zoom and Slack. A solid familiarity with standard industrial office hardware, video-conferencing arrays, and high-volume network printers is also expected.


Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills

While technical capabilities are non-negotiable, top-tier candidates will differentiate themselves through unique software exposure and a highly proactive professional mindset. Familiarity with specialized operational tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Clickdimensions, and Zoominfo is considered a significant advantage. Additionally, an understanding of how to implement artificial intelligence tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve office management workflows will make your application stand out.
