At The Wise Blend, we specialize in creating next-generation e-learning, immersive VR, and high-end media experiences for top-tier organizations. We are expanding our creative frontiers with AI-powered media production. We are seeking a passionate AI Video Specialist based in Vile Parle East, Mumbai. This is not a traditional editing role; it’s for a creative technologist who lives and breathes generative AI tools. You will be responsible for designing and producing visually stunning video content—from social reels to explainers—using an AI-first workflow, blending cutting-edge technology with compelling storytelling. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, with Saturday Work From Home).
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Creating high-quality video content (social reels, marketing videos, e-learning visuals, podcast clips) using a mix of AI generation and traditional editing tools.
• Expertly leveraging AI video/image platforms like Runway, Pika Labs, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and Adobe Firefly to generate unique visuals and animations.
• Editing and finalizing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, ensuring polished pacing, sound design, and narrative flow.
• Collaborating with content and design teams to visualize scripts and storyboards through AI-enhanced creative workflows.
• Continuously researching, experimenting with, and implementing the latest AI tools and techniques to drive innovation.
• Building and maintaining a systematic library of AI prompts, assets, and efficient production workflows.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a creative and technical pioneer with a proven portfolio in AI-generated content and a relentless drive to experiment.
The ideal candidate must possess:
• 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, or multimedia content creation.
• A demonstrable portfolio showcasing projects that utilize AI tools (Runway, Pika, MidJourney, etc.) for video or image generation.
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and leading AI media platforms.
• An excellent sense of visual storytelling, timing, typography, and audio-visual synchronization.
• Strong English communication skills to interpret briefs and present ideas effectively.
• A creative, experimental mindset with a passion for exploring new tools and techniques.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai for this on-site position.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience in e-learning, corporate, or training video production.
• Familiarity with AI voiceover/text-to-speech tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and visual compositing.
