We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive based in Thane to drive growth for our IT and digital solutions. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, manage client relationships, and be a key player in our expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for IT services and digital solutions.
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email communication, and online channels.
• Present and promote our suite of services, including software, web development, and digital marketing.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
• Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for accurate solution mapping and delivery.
• Utilize digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, campaigns) to support lead generation.
• Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to provide feedback and refine sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital channels.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Ability to prepare professional proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations.
