Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve incoming software application issues for clients using internal department guidelines and strict service-level agreements.
- Interact professionally with clients to deliver clear, empathetic information regarding software products, troubleshooting errors, and handling inquiries.
- Assist users with core technical tasks, including downloading or updating essential software dependencies and updating system settings.
- Investigate software problems thoroughly using resource libraries, and smoothly escalate complex, level-3 engineering tickets when necessary.
- Document and manage digital cases promptly via inbound ticketing networks and client emails.
Eligibility Criteria
To thrive in this technical client support environment, candidates must meet basic educational standards. A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required for consideration.
