Primary Responsibilities

  • Account Growth: Own a dedicated portfolio of accounts, actively driving revenue expansion through strategic up-sells, cross-sells, and renewals.
  • Client Consultation: Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact, orchestrating weekly status updates and leading high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate smoothly with internal Operations, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure campaign launches are flawless and aligned with client metrics.
  • Performance Optimization: Closely monitor campaign data, decode performance metrics, and deliver proactive optimization recommendations to maximize client ROI.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this client-facing capacity, candidates must bring a solid foundation in modern digital ecosystems and client management frameworks. Zeta Global requires 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically within digital advertising, marketing, or client services environments. Demonstrating a collaborative attitude alongside a self-starter mentality is essential for maneuvering through this fast-paced corporate setting.

Technical proficiency and an analytical orientation are critical for success in this role. Applicants must hold a strong analytical mindset with a practical, working knowledge of Excel and a deep comfort level interpreting complex performance data. Excellent communication skills are paramount, as you will need to confidently lead data-driven conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additionally, experience utilizing advanced campaign management tools, digital platforms, or specialized reporting systems is highly preferred.
