Job Overview:
- Role: Investor Relations Manager
- Location: Hawthorne, CA (Full-time, On-Site)
- Compensation: $135,000 – $185,000/year + Equity & Benefits
- Focus: Retail investor strategy, financial messaging, and market intelligence
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging for earnings calls and shareholder meetings.
- Develop and execute a pioneering retail investor relations strategy that leverages digital and social platforms like X.
- Act as the “eyes and ears” of the company by monitoring retail forums and market sentiment to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Conduct robust stock surveillance and build scalable engagement models for a massive, diverse audience of market participants.
Eligibility Criteria (Required):
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in finance, investment banking, or asset management.
- You must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or otherwise eligible for export control authorization under ITAR.
Eligibility Criteria (Preferred):
- An MBA or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
- Proven expertise in social media dynamics and digital engagement strategies.
