Primary Responsibilities

  • System Upkeep: Enter, verify, and seamlessly update vital information into company databases utilizing Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
  • Filing Management: Securely organize both digital and physical filing structures for rapid information retrieval.
  • Front Desk Support: Cheerfully greet visiting clients, manage operational calendars, coordinate scheduling, and operate multi-line phone systems professionally.
  • Cross-Departmental Clerical Aid: Assist with bookkeeping records, basic billing tasks, and document proofreading under strict confidentiality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this administrative environment, candidates must meet specific professional standards. Required qualifications include a proven background in clerical or administrative roles paired with sharp office management skills. Applicants must demonstrate absolute computer literacy with routine office hardware such as scanners, high-volume printers, and fax machines.

Furthermore, high accuracy typing skills and rigorous proofreading abilities are non-negotiable for preserving database integrity. Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) is mandatory. Prior familiarity managing multi-line phone systems while delivering exceptional customer service over email and phone calls is equally necessary.
