Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Optimization: Source, track, and qualify highly motivated seller leads daily within a custom CRM environment.
  • Full Sales Cycle Execution: Manage initial outreach, build rapport, run property comps, structure competitive offers, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts.
  • Exit Strategy Alignment: Evaluate seller motivation to structure both wholesale assignments and novation deals, ensuring a high ceiling for potential revenue.
  • Seamless Pipeline Handoff: Pass finalized, contracted transactions over to an internal disposition team that closes behind you to ensure swift funding.
  • Skill Preservation: Actively participate in daily mock call coaching and tape reviews to continuously sharpen negotiation tactics and objection handling.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this role, you must possess strong full-cycle sales experience, ideally holding 1 to 2+ years in real estate acquisitions or high-ticket B2C/B2B closing environments. Candidates must demonstrate an advanced grasp of negotiation techniques, showing the ability to close confidently with inbound prospects while keeping the primary client relationship healthy and intact.

Disciplined workflow management is essential; you must be comfortable managing over 30 active live leads simultaneously across various pipeline stages without letting opportunities slip through the cracks. Additionally, a clear aptitude for analyzing market comps, processing real estate mathematics on live calls, and identifying verbal objection patterns is highly required.

While not strict requirements, being bilingual in English and Spanish is a major asset that will help you tap into expanded market demographics. Above all, candidates must be deeply coachable, hungry for direct constructive feedback on their call tape, and inherently self-motivated to structure their own working hours around when the best deals move.
