- Track material orders and flag delivery issues to the project manager.
- Maintain comprehensive job files in Notion and JobTread, keeping contact info and notes current.
- Manage the owner’s calendar, including site visits, client meetings, and sub walkthroughs.
- Handle new lead intake by gathering job information and scheduling initial consultations.
- Draft professional client emails and custom customer-facing dashboards for owner review.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a warm, professional phone presence, strong written communication skills without typos, and an inherently organized approach to task management. Applicants should feel comfortable learning new software platforms such as JobTread, Notion, and Gmail-based workflows.
