Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with initial enterprise customers to maximize product value and drive deep adoption.
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors to ensure their transformational business goals are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate client needs and product feedback into actionable solutions and roadmaps.
  • Evolve, scale, and iterate on the customer onboarding strategy for long-term retention and engagement.
  • Act as the strategic voice of the customer internally, managing expectations and communicating product updates effectively under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this role, you must bring a foundational mix of software expertise and outstanding relationship-building skills. Candidates are required to have a completed Bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years of account management, implementation, or sales experience specifically within the software/SaaS industry. Proven experience supporting deployments with large enterprise customers and a willingness to travel 10-25% of the time are essential for success.

A process-focused mindset accompanied by exceptional problem-solving abilities is highly valued in this position. You must possess a track record of establishing technical goals, developing organic account opportunities, and constructing persuasive business cases for senior-level executives.
