- Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM Pacific; requires periodic on-call rotation)
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch field service technicians to ensure exceptional customer support.
- Receive, evaluate, and provide first-level support for technical service calls via phone and email.
- Assist technicians with part identification, order processing, and maintenance of field inventory stock.
- Audit completed work orders and diligently maintain the internal service database.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this position, applicants must hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. Candidates need a minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative experience specifically within a business-to-business (B2B) or field service environment. Additionally, 1 to 2 years of parts department or parts-related customer service experience is essential for daily operations.
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word) along with strong technical comprehension of part functions is required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills due to extensive phone-based collaboration. You must also possess the flexibility to periodically rotate onto later shifts for night, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage, and be willing to travel to the US headquarters in Charleston, SC 1โ2 times per year for team development.
