Primary Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify high-potential B2B prospects that need advanced local visibility.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to secure discovery meetings.
- Sales Closing: Present the agencyโs core value propositions and manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to signed contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain structured, meticulous records of all outreach efforts, responses, and follow-ups within internal tracking tools.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this high-performance role, candidates must demonstrate proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles, ideally focusing on digital technology, software solutions, or technical marketing products. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English are required to navigate conversations with business owners and decision-makers smoothly.
Additionally, candidates must be highly comfortable utilizing modern CRM tools and Google Workspace to keep daily outreach organized.
