Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary, empathetic point of contact via phone for patients across multiple clinic locations.
  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation workflows.
  • Coordinate communication seamlessly between healthcare providers, clinics, pharmacies, and external partners.
  • Accurately enter and update essential information in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Address and remove barriers to care, guiding patients directly to the appropriate services, resources, or departments.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this fast-paced healthcare environment, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role (prior experience in healthcare, banking, hospitality, or retail settings is highly preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable utilizing modern technology and navigating software programs; familiarity or hands-on experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a major plus.

In addition to foundational experience, preferred candidates will possess a background managing escalated inquiries or navigating complex medical scheduling scenarios.
