Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of PeopleSoft enhancements and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and training for system users.
- Create complex reports using the PeopleSoft Query tool.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst, with a specific focus on Financials/Supply Chain modules. Proficiency in Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Cost Accounting is essential. You must demonstrate expertise in application configuration, customization, and the ability to build complex queries to support stakeholder needs.
Beyond the baseline, we value candidates who possess knowledge of SQL and database management for enhanced reporting. Experience working within a distribution facility and familiarity with healthcare-specific applications like GHX, Epic, or GPOs is highly preferred. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users will be key to your success here.
