- Position: Senior Specialist – IT Support

- Schedule: 11:00 AM โ 8:00 PM EST (Providing coverage for West Coast operations)
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 a year
Primary Responsibilities
- End-User Assistance: Provide comprehensive level 1 and level 2 technical troubleshooting via chat, video conference, email, and in-person settings.
- Systems Maintenance: Configure, install, and optimize corporate hardware, including laptops, mobile iOS devices, and critical software packages.
- Asset Tracking: Manage hardware inventories and maintain absolute data accuracy within internal CMDB tracking systems.
- Infrastructure Support: Diagnose underlying network connectivity issues, manage SSO profiles, and handle remote technical support across diverse geographies.
Eligibility Criteria

Required Experience & Technical Skills:
- Professional Background: 5 to 7 years of internal or customer-facing level 2 technical support experience within an IT or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- OS & Software Proficiency: Absolute mastery of Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and corporate VPN infrastructures.
- Directory Systems: Direct hands-on experience navigating Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft Intune deployment environments.
- Ticketing & ITIL: Working familiarity with standard ITS platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Top Desk, coupled with basic TCP/IP networking concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Direct experience delivering technical infrastructure solutions within comparable professional service or consulting industries.
- Professional Certifications: Active certifications including CompTIA A+, Microsoft Windows 11 administration, Azure fundamentals, or formalized ITIL frameworks.
- Modern Concepts: A foundational understanding of generative AI workflows and modern automation concepts.
