Primary Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Build, schedule, and QA daily email sends in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and manage daily SMS deployments via Attentive.
- Creative Strategy: Write compelling creative briefs, oversee asset coordination, and ensure brand integrity across all channels.
- A/B Testing: Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager to design and document testing roadmaps to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Performance Analysis: Generate weekly/monthly insights, monitor key metrics like CTR and unsubscribe rates, and maintain performance dashboards.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in CRM or email marketing. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of email marketing principles and A/B testing methodologies.
Your technical toolkit should include proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar enterprise ESPs. Familiarity with basic SQL or HTML/CSS for email, as well as basic Photoshop skills, are highly preferred. Marketing Cloud certifications will definitely give you an edge in our selection process.
