Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team in Panvel as a Finance & Documentation Executive. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end vehicle loan documentation process, ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and compliant with company standards. Your daily routine will involve processing loan applications, maintaining meticulous records of EMI and interest entries, and ensuring that all financial data related to financed loans is updated promptly. This is a full-time, in-person position that requires a high level of organizational skill to handle multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Loan Management: Handle complete documentation for vehicle loans and verify applicant data.
Financial Tracking: Accurately record EMI schedules and interest entries for all financed vehicles.
Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records of loan disbursements and collections.
Operational Support: Assist the finance team in reconciling monthly loan statements and reports.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should be a Graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the banking or automobile finance sector. Since the role involves significant data entry and financial tracking, a strong command over Microsoft Excel and a fast typing speed are essential for success. We are looking for candidates who are local to or can easily commute to Panvel, as reliable attendance is a core requirement. Accuracy is paramount in this role, especially when dealing with interest calculations and sensitive financial documentation.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, formulas) and high-speed data entry capabilities.
Industry Knowledge: Practical experience in vehicle loan processing and interest entry management.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Logistics: Must be based in or near Panvel, Maharashtra, with the ability to commute daily for in-person work.
