Primary Responsibilities
- Global Strategy Execution: Architect and execute a comprehensive global channel marketing strategy that drives long-term pipeline development and revenue growth across international distribution networks.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner seamlessly with Category Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Central Marketing teams to align annual go-to-market priorities and product launches.
- Program Governance: Design, implement, and govern robust global partner initiatives, promotional frameworks, tiered structures, incentives, and Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
- Demand Generation Strategy: Lead sophisticated multichannel demand generation initiatives including digital campaigns, exclusive partner promotions, content creation, and industry events.
- Team Development: Cultivate, mentor, and lead a high-performing global channel marketing team, establishing organizational capability and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, though an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred. Top candidates will bring 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, specifically emphasizing B2B partner ecosystems, channel execution, or complex go-to-market architectures.
Furthermore, you should possess at least 5+ years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to manage, support, and scale diverse, cross-functional global teams. Strong analytical capabilities, including KPI development, ROI measurement, and performance reporting, are absolutely foundational to success at this executive level.
Candidates must be willing and able to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally to sync with global distribution hubs and partners.
