Primary Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide an exceptional service experience when handling incoming customer requests, determining the nature of each inquiry to provide the appropriate resolution or escalation path.
  • Request Management: Process inbound multi-media requests including support incidents, service requests, meter readings, and product orders using internal and external systems.
  • SLA Adherence: Follow standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) management practices and account-specific procedures based on unique customer entitlements.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Conduct routine monitoring of specified accounts, collaborate with direct and indirect resources, and properly document all activity within applicable databases.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the foundational requirements set by the organization. A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a structured call center or technical help desk environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are absolutely critical, as you will interact extensively with corporate clients and internal teams daily.

Beyond basic requirements, the ideal applicant brings strong computer skills, with proficiency across Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
