As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our clinic for many of our patients. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Educating patients on Medicaid, Medicare, and other financial assistance programs.
- Assisting patients in navigating insurance processes, including problem-solving for various payers.
- Scheduling appointments for essential care, tests, and treatments.
- Helping patients utilize digital resources, such as the Medicare.gov portal, to manage their health information securely.
To be eligible for this role, we look for candidates who bring a strong commitment to service. While one year of customer service experience is preferred, we value interpersonal skills and professionalism above all else. You must have excellent communication abilities, a knack for independent problem-solving, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare team.

You should be comfortable utilizing electronic health records and managing time efficiently to ensure every patient feels heard and supported. Proficiency with multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your personal cell phone is required to maintain secure access to our workplace systems.
