Primary Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inbound Inquiries: Professionally handle incoming customer calls to solve problems, build brand trust, and meet client contractual obligations.
- Leverage Smart Technology: Efficiently utilize internal systems alongside cutting-edge, AI-powered agent assist tools to deliver smart, fast, and personalized service.
- Master Loyalty Programs: Become an expert in client loyalty guidelines, products, and promotions to effectively resolve issues on the first contact.

Eligibility Criteria
