Primary Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical structure for various civic-sector executive searches based on individual timelines.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinating internal and external meeting logistics including travel and video conferencing.
- Maintain accurate, timely database entries and manage web application data.
- Copy-edit and review important externally-facing materials before final submission.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates should bring a strong foundation of administrative capability and exceptional organizational oversight. A Bachelorโs degree combined with two years of administrative experience in a professional setting is highly preferred to ensure immediate alignment with team dynamics.
Proficiency across modern technical ecosystems is necessary for day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in Outlook and extensive previous experience handling calendar management and databases.
