Job Overview:
- Role: Operations Assistant
- Company: Dove Home Care Consulting
- Type: Part-Time (15-20 hours/week)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-3:00 PM PT
- Pay: $22 – $30 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end client onboarding processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for operational inquiries and client relations.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency.
- Monitor QA tasks and facilitate team workflow to ensure timely project completion.
- Handle administrative support, including meeting coordination and team training organization.
Eligibility Criteria (Required):
To be successful in this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States and possess reliable high-speed internet. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to hold team members accountable for outstanding tasks.
Eligibility Criteria (Preferred):
While not mandatory, we prioritize candidates with experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare administration. A clinical background (RN, LVN/LPN, CNA, Medical Assistant) or experience with QuickBooks and project management tools like Asana, Airtable, or Trello will set your application apart. Familiarity with remote work environments and a history of creating efficient workflows are highly valued traits.
