Primary Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support via inbound phone and email channels.
- Troubleshoot access control, gate, keypad, controller, and hardware integration issues.
- Support new client onboarding, system installation, and live deployment activities.
- Coordinate equipment returns (RMA) and resolve billing or shipping inquiries.
- Document interactions and escalate complex defects to internal product teams.
Eligibility Criteria
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundational baseline in customer care and technical systems. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Applications, or a related technical discipline is highly desired but not strictly required.
Storable prefers applicants who bring at least 2 years of on-the-phone product support or technical helpdesk experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high attention to detail, and a reliable high-speed internet connection are mandatory requirements to effectively handle the day-to-day workflow.
