We are seeking enthusiastic and communicative freshers to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be the vital link between our innovative healthcare products and our valued customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from onboarding onwards.

Your day will involve deeply understanding our software’s features, managing post-sales customer onboarding, and handling support inquiries via calls and messages. You will also proactively reach out to users for feedback and collaborate with sales and operations teams to communicate customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in customer success within the technology sector. Important: This is a strictly in-office position, and only candidates currently residing in Mumbai should apply.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for fresh graduates who are articulate, proactive, and passionate about technology and service. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Education & Logistics:

Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree.

This position is open to Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of customer support experience.

Must be residing in Mumbai (please specify your area, e.g., Andheri West, Chembur East, in your application).

Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Learn and master the company’s software product features and user flows.

Manage post-sales customer onboarding processes.

Handle inbound customer support calls and messages.

Proactively call customers to gather feedback on product usage.

Assist sales and operations teams by relaying customer priorities for updates.

Create help documentation, guides, and videos for users.

Assist in drafting copy for product marketing campaigns.

Possess excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Have excellent written communication skills in English.

Basic knowledge of IT software services.

Strong time management skills and the ability to proactively resolve customer issues.

Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
