Primary Responsibilities

• Financial Processing & Reconciliation: Record and reconcile corporate financial transactions, including meticulous reviews of accounts payable, billings, cash disbursements, and cash receipts.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Lead and assist with close procedures, oversee collections, and manage fixed assets, investment allocations, and payroll administration.
• Tax Administration: Supervise and process sales and use taxes, personal property taxes, and franchise taxes for diverse clients.
• Client System Onboarding: Develop a deep understanding of unique client accounting operations and establish expertise in their proprietary software packages.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this strategic dual role, applicants must possess a strong foundational baseline in corporate finance systems. A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is strictly required. Candidates must also demonstrate between 3 to 7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally handling multifaceted accounts and client-facing deadlines.
