The Customer Development Specialist (CD Specialist) position is a full-time, hybrid role based out of Rosemont, Illinois, offering a competitive annual salary range of $76,800 to $107,500. In this role, you will synthesize multiple commercial data sources to build cohesive category overviews and strategic customer recommendations. Successful applicants must already possess full-time U.S. work authorization, as visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of 2+ years of professional working experience. To truly stand out, preferred qualifications include prior experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and eCommerce, and hands-on familiarity working with syndicated data services like Nielsen or IRI. Proficiency in standard office productivity suites (Microsoft Office or Google Suite) and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous market environment are highly desired.
