Primary Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and Windows account issues in a timely manner.
  • Deploy, configure, patch, and update approved operating systems and software solutions to maintain company standards.
  • Manage corporate iOS and Android mobile devices utilizing Microsoft Intune MDM solutions.
  • Coordinate user onboarding and offboarding by provisioning accounts, permissions, hardware configurations, and conducting IT orientations.
  • Document support workflows, resolutions, and system workarounds within the internal ticketing system and knowledge base.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this foundational technical role, candidates are required to possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working within structured service desk environments, desktop support teams, or IT operations. A formal College Diploma or University Degree in Information Technology, or an equivalent track record of professional experience, is mandatory to ensure a strong conceptual and practical foundation.

Technically, absolute proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11 Operating Systems, iOS, and Android OS is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate working expertise across Active Directory, O365, and Azure environments, including daily administration of Teams, Outlook, Office Apps, Windows Desktop Management, and Endpoint Manager (Intune). Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills alongside top-tier customer service capabilities are essential for interacting with fast-paced design teams.

While not strictly required, holding verified industry IT certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, or Cisco environments will be considered a significant asset during the evaluation process. These credentials showcase a formal commitment to standardized frameworks and optimized system workflows.
