Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities for custom steel building solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers.
• Represent the company at 7–10 trade shows and industry events annually.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while delivering high-quality customer service.

• Proven previous sales experience is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Willingness to travel locally for expos, trade shows, and events.
