Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately input sensitive billing data into our proprietary systems.
• Perform verification audits by comparing data against source documents to eliminate errors.
• Proactively locate and resolve discrepancies within the billing database.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while processing large volumes of information. A minimum of 2 years of relevant data entry experience is preferred to ensure a smooth transition into our production-driven workflow.

You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, as these tools are essential for daily operations. Additionally, the ability to effectively multi-task and manage heavy workloads is a core requirement for this role, as our team handles billing for over 250 client locations nationwide.

We are looking for individuals who can type at a minimum of 60 words per minute (wpm). Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are vital for your success within our organization.
