Job Overview:

• Role: Medical Billing/Data Entry Specialist
• Location: Clermont, FL (On-Site)
• Pay: $16 – $19 per hour
• Type: Part-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately performing high-volume data entry tasks.
• Verifying patient information and insurance details via web portals.
• Conducting professional outgoing calls and emails to obtain necessary billing documentation.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure all billing deadlines are met.
• Maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality.

To be successful in this role, your Eligibility Criteria includes specific requirements. We prefer candidates with prior experience in medical insurance billing and familiarity with laboratory procedures or terminology. You must possess advanced computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite, and demonstrate the ability to type accurately at a consistent speed.

Beyond the technical skills, we are looking for a quick learner who stays organized while managing a large volume of work. You must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, maintain a high level of punctuality, and work well both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.
