Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order processing, including entry, tracking, and billing.
• Act as a primary communication link between customers, logistics, and sales teams.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with effective corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery requirements are met.

Eligibility Criteria

To thrive in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) combined with at least 5 years of relevant business experience. A deep understanding of Logistics and Operations is essential, as this position requires you to grasp the impact of these systems on customer fulfillment.

Furthermore, we require candidates to be proficient in SAP. Because this role involves independent work and high-level decision-making, you must demonstrate strong personal accountability and the ability to operate effectively within authorized parameters.
