Position Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience, particularly in real estate and lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns with a sharp focus on ROI and performance metrics. This role demands an analytical mindset, platform expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage lead generation campaigns for real estate projects and other performance-focused brands.
Oversee campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and targeting.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to align ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking a performance-driven marketer with proven expertise in paid campaign management, specifically within the real estate sector. A data-first approach, platform proficiency, and the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns are essential.
Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.
Mandatory experience in managing real estate lead generation campaigns.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and remarketing strategies.
Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make optimization decisions.
Working knowledge of tracking tools (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Conversion APIs).
Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a marketing agency environment.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Exposure to other sectors such as e-commerce, education, or service-based brands.
