- Salary Range: $168,000 – $270,250 per year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Architect and optimize production-ready AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
- Develop intelligent conversational agents for customer support and personalized shopping.
- Build robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to provide real-time context.
- Implement rigorous testing and human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure safe AI behavior.
Eligibility Criteria:
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. You must possess 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years specifically building and deploying production-level LLM applications.
Expert-level proficiency in Python, Java, and GoLang is required. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL/NoSQL databases. A deep understanding of model integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama), including prompt engineering and ReAct patterns, is essential for this role.
While not required, experience in high-traffic e-commerce environments, familiarity with the Nemo Agent Toolkit, and a background in AI safety and ethics will make your application stand out from the crowd.
