Primary Responsibilities
- Mission Planning: Assist with daily mission operations and scheduling using existing satellite command and control software.
- Anomaly Resolution: Monitor real-time telemetry to detect, flag, and help resolve system anomalies.
- Technical Debugging: Assist engineers in debugging control applications and ground station infrastructure.
- Quality Assurance: Perform strict quality control over satellite operations and customer tasking orders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with engineering, product, and mission management teams to resolve customer-related issues promptly.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this competitive entry-level space operations role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of professional work experience, ideally within customer-facing roles or tech support environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to precisely follow highly technical documentation and procedures.
