Primary Responsibilities
- Strategy Implementation: Collaborate directly with the Director of Digital Strategies and global business partners to roll out high-performance direct-to-consumer (DTC) and healthcare provider (HCP) digital marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Channel Analytics: Interconnect multi-channel data touchpoints across TV, OOH, paid search, email, and social media platforms to deliver a unified, holistic overview of user journeys and overall marketing ROI.
- Dashboard Development: Partner with our digital marketing agency and website analytics managers to build visually compelling Global Digital Dashboards that map real-time web performance, conversion metrics, and ad effectiveness.
- Funnel Optimization: Design, deploy, and monitor continuous A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies targeting the acquisition and lead-generation funnels.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to keep pace with emerging global digital trends, technological innovations, and dynamic landscape shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Required Experience & Background:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a concentrated focus in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or Journalism. Candidates are expected to possess at least 10+ years of professional industry experience, with a mandatory background in digital marketing environments. Proven strategic and executional proficiency across multiple stages of the customer acquisition funnel is necessary, alongside deep technical familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, advanced tracking methodologies, and data visualization software.
Preferred Qualifications:
While diverse digital backgrounds are highly valued, previous experience navigating highly regulated landscapesโspecifically within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectorsโis strongly preferred. Past success managing multi-national operations or driving performance marketing programs within a fast-paced agency setting will significantly set top candidates apart.
