Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert, crafting professional development plans tailored to complex district initiatives.
• Deliver engaging, high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to educators and school administrators.
• Travel locally within the San Francisco Bay Area (40% – 60% travel) to visit classrooms and conduct hands-on training.
• Analyze instructional data to optimize platform usage and collaborate with the sales team during district pilots.

To be considered for this elite role, candidates must possess a BA/BS degree paired with a robust background in American K-12 education. Specifically, you need 5+ years of experience delivering professional development within school settings. The team requires a leader who has either served directly as a school or district administrator or has extensive, proven experience delivering strategic PD sessions directly to district-level leadership.
