Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery strategy for the CLARA platform and the AWS Experience Metrics Framework.
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional data initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, applied science, and data science leaders.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across AWS service teams.
- Simplify processes to enable faster, more predictable delivery.
Eligibility Criteria (Required):
To qualify for this high-impact role, you must have at least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience. Additionally, you need 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture, specifically focusing on reliability and scaling. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is required.
Eligibility Criteria (Technical):
Candidates must demonstrate practical experience building software that interacts with complex data systems, such as databases, pipelines, or APIs. You should have a proven track record of solving technical challenges in environments where requirements emerge from discovery and ambiguity.
