Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and build detailed technical cloud CRM solutions.
- Lead the day-to-day work of our technical team, both onshore and offshore.
- Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology and leading practices.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF) and integrations, including data migrations. Additionally, you should possess at least 3 years of experience leading technical project teams and performing code reviews. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience is required.
We are also looking for candidates who bring specific technical skills to the table, including at least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce Lightning platform, specifically Lightning components and the Lightning Design System framework. You should be comfortable navigating both the functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement while managing tradeoffs effectively.
Candidates with Life Sciences industry experience or familiarity with Health Cloud or Life Science Cloud will be given preference. If you have experience working with AI/ML tools like Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce, and an understanding of how these capabilities apply to patient-facing use cases, we want to hear from you.
