Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume incoming and outbound calls to assist clients and coordinate appointments.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and text with professionalism and speed.
- Utilize Spectora for scheduling and managing daily inspection appointments.
- Maintain accurate client records and handle documentation, agreements, and notes.
- Coordinate with real estate agents and business partners to ensure seamless service.
To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or as a virtual assistant. Familiarity with service-based businesses, real estate, or home inspection workflows is considered a significant plus. You must be comfortable working in a remote environment while maintaining high communication standards.
We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various platforms daily, including Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and the 3CX call management system. If you have a proactive mindset, the ability to maintain accurate records, and a passion for supporting a team, you are a strong candidate.
