As a cornerstone of the administrative team, you will report directly to the Associate Registrar. In this position, you will manage vital student records and support academic integrity across the campus community. Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Entry Accuracy: Meet daily performance goals for entering, updating, and managing academic data within the enrollment system.
  • Transcript Administration: Retrieve, document, and maintain all incoming official college transcripts from external institutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Systematically review data entries for discrepancies or errors to preserve absolute institutional compliance.
  • Transfer Credit Evaluation: Analyze incoming transcripts to update the college catalog database regarding transfer credits.
  • Campus Support: Assist students with demographic verification and provide accurate guidance on registration policies, procedures, and FERPA regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this role, candidates must have a strong foundation in digital data environments and professional communications. A High School Diploma or GED is strictly required, along with 2 to 3 years of proven experience balancing data entry workflows and customer service duties. Exceptional attention to detail and sharp organization skills are critical to maintaining our high standards of institutional precision.

Proficiency with MS Office software applicationsโ€”specifically MS Word and Excelโ€”is required. Candidates should possess past experience navigating multi-line phone systems and managing records in a multi-cultural or multi-lingual setting. While not mandatory, an Associate degree and 3+ years of administrative experience in an educational environment using Ellucian Banner or 25Live software will make your application highly competitive.
