Primary Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls consistently with high professionalism.
- Manage customer accounts, complete application data entry, and handle online chat inquiries.
- Provide essential technical support and interpret defined regulatory policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this high-impact customer service role, candidates must meet specific technical and professional qualifications. First and foremost, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and be capable of passing a comprehensive background check and drug test within 3 days of an offer. Because this is a fully remote position, having a dedicated, private, and completely secure workspace free from distractions is absolutely critical to ensuring customer privacy.
Technically, your home office setup must feature a Cable or Fiber Broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 35 mb/s that is strictly hard-wired via ethernet. Please note that internal systems are not compatible with Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi extenders, satellite internet, or mobile internet service providers (such as T-Mobile home internet). Additionally, a personal computer device with a functioning camera is mandatory to complete the comprehensive, paid 3-week training period.
While not strictly required, preferred candidates will bring previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment or customer support role. Familiarity with CRM systems, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), or individual health insurance guidelines will highly accelerate your success. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is also a massive plus and comes with an increased base pay rate.
