Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling consistently to generate and nurture viable property leads.
  • Analyze real estate markets to source lucrative wholesale and below-market-value (BMV) deals.
  • Negotiate effectively with property owners to secure fast-sale contracts.
  • Manage workflow and track daily reporting updates within the company CRM system.
  • Provide unrivaled customer service to help clients solve complex property problems smoothly.

Eligibility Criteria

To excel in this role, candidates must meet strict professional requirements to ensure alignment with our high-performance standards. A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales is strictly required. Alongside standard sales capabilities, you must possess at least 2 years of experience specializing in outbound cold calling wholesale operations, demonstrating a proven track record of securing fast-turnaround real estate deals.

Additionally, an active Real Estate License is required to legally conduct transactions and facilitate broker services in accordance with state guidelines. Beyond these foundational prerequisites, the ideal candidate exhibits masterful negotiation skills, deep knowledge of wholesaling mechanisms, and the self-discipline required to operate productively in a fully remote environment.
