- Mission: Improving the lives of patients with chronic non-healing and acute complex wounds through innovative technologies like our patented Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) therapy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate the authorization process for patient services.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure timely approvals.
- Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients throughout the authorization journey.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and healthcare standards.
Eligibility Criteria
