Job Overview:
- Role: Customer Service Representative – Fluid Handling

- Location: Chandler, AZ
- Pay: $24 – $28 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical expert for fluid handling product lines.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding account status, product information, and service operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and manage special orders or returns with a service-first mindset.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, you should possess a High School Diploma or GED, though a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is preferred. We are looking for candidates who have a structured, organized approach to their daily workflow and a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
In terms of technical requirements, proficiency in MS Applications is essential. Experience with CRM platforms (specifically Dynamics 365) and familiarity with the Prophet 21 ERP platform are considered significant pluses.
Candidates should ideally have 1–2 years of experience in fluid handling products or technical industrial sales support.
